He is a graduate of Clemson University and obtained his medical degree from the University Of South Carolina School Of Medicine.

He completed his OB/GYN Internship and Residency at Portsmouth Naval Hospital.

After serving in the Navy at Guantanamo bay Cuba and Charleston Medical Center, he continued his fellowship training in Reproductive Endocrinology and infertility at the University Of Louisville School Of Medicine.

He is board certified in both Obstetrics & Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI).
