Dr. Ryan is native of New York City and attended the University of California, Davis Medical School.

After completion of medical school she was accepted to the prestigious joint Ob/Gyn residency/Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility fellowship program at the University of California, San Francisco.

She directs the Third Party Parenting program, and is the Medical Director of Pacific Fertility Center's Donor Egg Bank, the first independent frozen egg bank in Northern California.

During her fellowship, she received multiple national recognition awards for excellence in research including the Berlex Scholar's Award.

Dr. Ryan has been singled out by her peers as a "Top Doctor" in the national survey Consumers' Research Council of America's Guide to America's Top Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

During her tenure at UCSF, Dr. Ryan was an integral member of the research and clinical faculty.

Dr. Ryan remains actively involved in research, and supervised the first clinical study at PFC. Dr. Ryan enjoys caring for our international patients.

Dr. Ryan joined the physician staff of fertility specialists at Pacific Fertility Center in 1999.

This recognition of her exceptional abilities led to a faculty appointment with the University of California, San Francisco Fertility Group in 1996.
